The new board members are Karen Licitra and Keith Valentine.
Here are three things to know about Ms. Licitra:
1. She was most recently corporate vice president at Johnson & Johnson where she led worldwide government affairs and policy. She was responsible for the company’s global government leader engagements at the multilateral, national and state levels
