Synthes Inc. said Monday it has acquired The Anspach Effort Inc., a maker of high-speed surgical power tools.
Terms of the deal, which closed Nov. 5, were not disclosed.
Synthes, a medical-device company, has its North American headquarters in West Chester, Pa. The Anspach Effort is based in Florida.
