Mr. Baron brings over 30 years of financial management experience, including more than 20 years serving as CFO for several medical device and pharmaceutical companies. Mr. Baron has managed public and private companies and has successfully raised capital through private and public venues. Prior to joining Globus, Mr. Baron served as Vice President Finance and CFO for Avid Radiopharmaceuticals, Inc., ERT, Animas Corporation, Genex Services Inc., and Marsam Pharmaceuticals Inc. Previously, Rick spent 10 years in finance and accounting positions primarily at Coopers and Lybrand. Mr. Baron received a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
