LDR Holding Appoints Robert E. McNamara Chief Financial Officer

AUSTIN, Texas, Apr 23, 2012 (BUSINESS WIRE) — LDR Holding, a privately held medical device company offering innovative spinal implants for both non-fusion and fusion applications, announced today the appointment of Robert E. McNamara as Chief Financial Officer, effective April 23, 2012. Mr. McNamara has held executive leadership positions with technology and medical device companies over the last two decades. As an experienced CFO, he has extensive corporate finance experience including the management of two successful Initial Public Offerings, numerous capital raises, and multiple merger and acquisition transactions in global market environments. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of San Francisco and a Masters of Business Administration from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
