CORRECTED: NuVasive Seeks New Trial In Bid To Nix $30M IP Verdict

Law360, Los Angeles (August 04, 2014, 10:06 PM ET) — NuVasive Inc. urged a California federal judge on Monday to throw out a jury’s $30 million verdict against it and grant a third trademark infringement trial over its use of the word “neurovision,” saying the award was excessive and rival Neurovision Medical Products Inc. improperly described barred evidence to jurors.
