This course will focus on areas of shoulder arthroscopy that are in the highest demand: practical cadaver lab practice, exposure to expert demonstrations, and individualized instruction. There will also be interactive discussions on surgical and non-surgical decision-making, evidence-based literature reviews, and little known tips and tricks that may make the difference between surgical success and failure. Neither cadavers nor instructors will need to be shared: attendees will have one-on-one lab experiences with a skilled instructor, maximizing cadaver time and creating a surgical experience tailored to each surgeon’s individual goals and desires. There will also be plenty of time for group discussion, questions and case presentations, allowing each attendee an opportunity to interact and share with the group as a whole. The meeting`s goal is to provide the most individualized learning experience possible, using advanced teaching techniques, cadaveric experience and the wealth of knowledge accumulated from over 100 years of combined expert surgical experience.
