Fed. Circ. Remands Stryker IP Suit, Orders New Judge

Law360, New York (June 10, 2010) -- A federal appeals court has reversed a lower court's ruling that TriMed Inc.'s implantable wrist-fracture fixation device patent is invalid, and ordered that the infringement suit against Stryker Corp. be assigned to a new district judge.

Wednesday's decision in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit marks the second time that the appeals court has overturned a summary judgment ruling in the case....
