Mansfield – The promising biotechnology company, Innovative Spinal Technologies, that moved to the Cabot Industrial Park in Mansfield in 2005 has closed for good, and Town Manager John D’Agostino told selectmen this week he will notify the state that the town intends to “decertify” the tax incentive program given to the company.
D’Agostino told selectmen he was disappointed in the outcome of what seemed a bright new venture.
“IST has obviously closed its doors after $75 million in private venture capital,” he said Wednesday.
