OSN Launches Job Board

OrthoSpineNews is proud to release a new job board!! We have seen steady growth in our readership and are now serving news to approximately 10,000 people per month!!! According to what study you are looking at, around 20% of employees are actively trying to change jobs. That would mean that we have around 2,000 active job seekers visiting our website on a monthly basis. Do you have a job that has been hard to fill? Are you looking for a new place to find candidates? Our new job board WILL NOT have a log in procedure where you have to store your resume on a server. (You can put it in text or .doc formats) The only person that will ever see your candidacy for the position is the person that posted the job.     It seems unethical for a recruiting firm focused in ortho to have a job board where potential clients and competition could post.

    Howard, thanks for the comment. I am not sure how this is unethical. Firstly, we will have zero access to the resumes that are submitted. Secondly, if another search firm has a concern about our site, they are more than able to continue whatever other job boards/sources that they usually use. We aren't forcing anyone to post anything here. We have just added another venue for people to find opportunities.
