Today marks the 13th year since the horrific terror attacks on our nation by Islamic radicals. We remember that day vividly and continue to mourn the loss. We pause today to remember the innocent people who lost their lives on that day as well as the brave men and women who ran into the burning buildings to rescue people they didn’t even know.
These brave souls paid the ultimate price to help others in need. This is a great testiment to the honor of those who serve in our police and fire departments. We are grateful to them for their bravery and sacrifice. We would also like to thank those in our military who gave so much to protect our freedoms at home and abroad.
