Zimmer Announces Quarterly Dividend for Second Quarter of 2013

WARSAW, Ind., June 14, 2013 /PRNewswire/ — Zimmer Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:  ZMH; SIX: ZMH), a global leader in musculoskeletal care, today announced that its Board of Directors has authorized the payment of a cash dividend to stockholders for the second quarter of 2013.

The cash dividend of $0.20 per share will be paid on or about July 26, 2013, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on June 28, 2013.  The dividend represents an annual dividend rate of 80 cents per share.  Future declarations of dividends are subject to approval of the Board of Directors and may be adjusted as business needs or market conditions change.
