Elos entered into an agreement to acquire Onyx Medical.

Smith & Nephew acquired EuroCiencia Colombia.

Globus Medical acquired Branch Medical Group, a third party manufacturer of high precision medical devices.

Amendia acquired the iO-Flex and iO-Tome product lines from now-bankrupt Baxano Surgical.

DePuy Synthes acquired Olive Medical Corporation.
